ESTABLISHMENT OF A FIRM

For those of you who need a business in partnership

Notarized Deed and authorized by the Minister of Law and Human Rights
Established by at least 2 (two) or more persons
Firm name is free, may use 1 word
Does not have a minimum paid-up capital. Depends on the agreement of the founders
Have at least 1 director manager (active ally)
Have at least 1 owner manager (passive ally)

Create a Deed of Establishment: Drafted in the presence of a notary public, containing the basic data of the firm.
Apply for SKDU: Obtain a business domicile certificate from the kelurahan/kecamatan.
Obtain NPWP: Register with the Tax Office to obtain a Taxpayer Identification Number.
Register with Disperindag: Register the firm with the Department of Industry and Trade.
Create Articles of Association: The internal rules of the firm.
Apply for a Business License (if required): If the business requires a special license.
Legalize the Deed: Legalize the deed at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
