
ESTABLISHMENT OF PT
Establishing a PT is an important step for entrepreneurs who want to run a business legally and formally in Indonesia. To establish a PT, there are several requirements that must be met. These requirements are regulated in Law Number 40 Year 2007 on Limited Liability Companies and its implementing regulations.

At least two founders: The founders of a PT can be Indonesian citizens or foreigners.

Authorized capital: There is a minimum amount of authorized capital that must be paid up. The amount of authorized capital may vary depending on the type of business to be run.

Deed of establishment: The deed of establishment is drawn up before a notary and contains the company's articles of association.

Certificate of Company Domicile (SKDP): This document shows the address of the company's domicile.

Company name: The company name must be unique and not already used by another company.​
